Acceptance of terms.

By enrolling in the Dart Marine Academy training course (the “Course”), the participant (“You” or “Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not enroll in the Course.

Course requirements.

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old at the time of enrolment
  • Hold a valid powerboat operation certification
  • Have current first aid and CPR certifications
  • Meet any additional prerequisites as specified by the Course

Enrolment & payment

  • Full payment of the Course fee is required to secure your enrolment
  • Enrolment in the Course is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability

Cancellation & refund policy.

  • Participants may cancel their enrolment by notifying us in writing within 30 days of enrolment. A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs within this timeframe, except for any non-refundable deposits
  • Cancellations made after 30 days of enrolment are not eligible for a refund
  • We reserve the right to cancel the Course at any time. In the event of cancellation by us, participants will receive a full refund

Course conduct.

Participants are expected to:

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Course instructors
